EASUN POWER guarantees that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for the original consumer purchaser.
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser and is defined as follows:
- Inverters: 12 to 24 months
- Energy storage batteries: 60 to 120 months
- Accessories (such as cables, chargers, etc.): 12 months
- Gift products are not covered by warranty
Warranty Statement
If a product has defects in materials or workmanship, you may request warranty service by providing a valid proof of purchase, which must include at least one of the following:
- An order number from an official EASUN POWER sales channel
- A sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the product description, price, and sales channel
Note: The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase. If the product is taken or shipped to another country, the warranty becomes void.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by force majeure (e.g. lightning, floods, hurricanes, etc.)
- Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or improper operation
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Use in industrial, commercial, or other special non-household applications
- Lost, stolen, or fully refunded products
- Damage caused by external conditions (such as overheating, water ingress, low temperature, etc.)
- Invalid proof of purchase
- Expired warranty period
- The model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product
- Altered or forged warranty certificate
- Wear and tear or aging due to normal use over time
Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within **48 hours** after purchase by contacting customer service via email or phone. If the product has already been shipped, an intercept fee will be charged.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
You may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund with no reason required, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

EASUN POWER or an authorized service center will provide warranty service through one of the following methods:
- Repair by an official service center, or
- Replacement with a product of equivalent specifications
If a replacement is needed, a refurbished product of equal value may be provided. Replacement will be arranged within 7 business days after the faulty product is received (excluding force majeure delays).
The replacement product will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original item or receive a new 30-day warranty from the replacement date — whichever is longer.
If the product is out of warranty, please contact customer service for further assistance or a paid repair solution.
Warranty Extension (If Applicable)
If you purchased a **designated EASUN product model** from the official website, you may be eligible for extended warranty service. Please contact customer service to verify eligibility.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
This limited warranty replaces all other expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
EASUN POWER and its affiliates shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or indirect damages (such as loss of profit).
Unless otherwise required by law, the duration of all implied warranties is limited to the terms stated in this warranty policy.
Some countries or regions do not allow limitations on implied warranty duration, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country or region.
EASUN POWER’s only responsibility is to provide repair or replacement services as outlined above.
